To quote the perk on hard light directly "rounds fired from this weapon have no damage falloff..." Yet they seem to have just that. Why not just bump up the range stat or actually give it. O damage falloff instead of flat out lying on the perk?

not to be a dick, but I think you have this wrong, although the flakey text doesn't help. Should read " skip rounds do not suffer range falloff when rebounding" The "BUNGIE LIED TO US!!!11!! is also lame dude. Its clunky text that's slightly misleading. Calm the F down? this as far as I can see, is what happens - so if a bullet hits a wall at the maximum range before drop off, the skip round will not suffer drop off as it rebounds. It will also not overpenetrate once skipped, nor skip twice. all AFAIK, can see / have tested ( not scientifically, just running the gun) also, personal perspective, HL seems much improved to me - skip round chance has increased greatly, and so has predictability of skip angle - still tough to reliably bank shot a corner, but it is worth a go now, when previously, you were just wasting your time.... off topic - most improved exotic? try SGA again. Its a different gun from Y1...

It definitely says "rounds fired from this weapon have no damage fall off, over penetrate targets and ricochet off hard surfaces".
