When I select Helm of Inmost Light or Eternal Warrior and other pieces of Exotic Armor that give out perks, they should fill in that perk on the skill tree and give us the passive stat buffs. I just see no reason to not do this. Speaking of Helm of Inmost Light, I suspect that I'm not gaining Increased Sprint Speed. I could be crazy, but...
