So does anyone wonder about Kabr's whereabouts and full story? Like, I always thought he made his armor to hide from the Vex and pretend to be one of them, and used the Mythoclast as his weapon. Your guys' thoughts?

  • In some grimore card he says "If I speak again I am NOT Kabr." This is interesting because it tells us the vex might have the power to manipulate or change the mind of a guardian. Some of the armor also points to that. I would also like to know what The Hezen Lords are.

You make a good point. All of the Raid armor looks like Vex gear, so maybe it's supposed to be the armor of the manipulated guardians who went into the vault? Perhaps the weapons they used were either the raid weapons like Fatebringer or Praedyths, or maybe they used the Vex Mythoclast? Speaking of the Hezen Lords, the word "Hezen" seems to be thrown around alot in the names of Vex weapons/armor. For example, the Hezen Vengeance rocket launcher. I'm wondering if the Hezen Lords are the giant minatours you fight in the Black Garden at the end of the vanilla storyline, or some sort of group of powerful Vex minds.

That's a good idea... But I think since the vex are masters of time, they knew about the incursion of Kabr's fireteam and us. The mythoclast's grimore card also says it was mysteriously fitted for human hands

  • I wouldn't say the Vex are master's of time, more like manipulators, or wannabe controllers of time. The reason I said that the Mythoclast would be made for Guardian/Vex soldiers was because of the grimoire saying it was for Human hands. I assumed that there actually ARE Vex-Controlled Guardians, which would be an awesome enemy to fight.

  • Yeah, I also assumed that Kabr was one of them, hence the quote, "If I speak again, I am NOT Kabr..."

  • Kabr sacrificed himself so that he could form the Aegis Shield we use in the VoG. He and the Aegis are one and the same. Popular fan theory says that most of his fireteam was erased from existence by the Gorgons. Pahanin and Kabr are the only ones who survived that incident. Kabr drifted into insanity from loneliness, while Pahanin created Super Good Advice so that he would not suffer a similar fate
