I have been having a problem ever since tuesday that I posted about where whenever I try to buy silver a message appears saying "query failed, unable to contact platforms". I am getting really worried that I won't be able to buy silver and get some of those cool sparrows before the event ends. Please do something to fix it. I have done everything in my power but there is nothing more I can do. I desperately need help. If you are working to fix this for everyone right now please at least message me. Thank you for helping.
