I did play Heroic. I don't why it is taking you so long to beat it. And yes this campaign was the best so far. But it's over. All I could do now is play it again with friends and skulls on plus firefight. It just does not seem to be worth the $60 to me. By making it that price Bungie is saying that it is delivering the same content as Halo 3 did when by far it isn't. With Halo 3 you got: 8-12 hour campaign, forge, theater, brand new multiplayer for $60 With ODST you get: 4-6 hour campaign, firefight, 3 new maps for $60. Forge, theater, multiplayer are the same. I knew someone was going to criticize because they're fanatics but I am one too. But ODST at most should have been $40.

ODST campaign is definitely not 4-6 hours. If played the right way, and if you find everything it's about 7-12 at least. I've spent way more then that but I've been playing co-op with a friend, solo by myself, and co-op with my brother.

$60 is kind of pricey for a "short" campaign and fire fight but at least you get all the maps. Of course that isn't much of a consolation for those of us that already have them all but the newest three. I'm getting ODST any way to get to play as ODST's and get to play the fire fight mode that I'd dreamed of since Halo 2. Who knows they may release some more fire fight maps in the future with the flood in them. That'd be so worth it. Maybe for free. Huh, huh,huh Bungie? By the way, I loved the old Heretic map and thank you for returning it. Now we just need the classic Blood Gultch returned to us again. It is old but a clasic. Many of us miss the old maps and some even have the old games to keep playing them. Also all the old vehicles, the shades and the shadows would be great things for forge. Halo3:ODST is awesome i have completed the campaign on legendary i need one more achivement in halo 3 and im trying to get the vidmasters in halo 3 odst so i can get recon armor in halo 3 Halo 3 ODST 97/100 i love it thx for making a great game bungie!!! YOU DA BEST! !

I heard they get something but who knowes. It seems like after REACH the old crew from bungie is ready to retire and makes me super sad... I miss the cheif. Halo 3 pretty much stated that they were about ready to say good bye.
