• The Sparrow Racing League event ended on 12/29/2015 at 1:00 AM PST (9:00 AM UTC)
• Sparrow Racing League Quests and Bounties cannot be completed after the event ends. Bounties can be discarded from the player Inventory and Quests can be sent to the Abandoned Quest kiosk.
• Some players that logged in during the Sparrow Racing League event, but did not participate in SRL, may still be able to pick up the SRL Quest from Amanda Holliday. As mentioned above, this Quest cannot be completed after the end of the Sparrow Racing League event, but can be sent to the Abandoned Quest kiosk.
• Please note: The Sony Console Exclusive Quest “With Finesse and Speed” can be completed after the event ends.

• In regards to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/180408103]players unable to gain progress on the "More Bullets" Quest step[/url], we have implemented a temporary fix so that players may still continue the “Crucible Forged” Quest chain to unlock Shaxx’s Weekly Bounties.
Players who have made progress on the Quest stop "More Bullets" will not lose any progress once this has been resolved.

• Fixed an issue where the SRL Record Book, Vol. 1 items did not require the player to own the Record Book in order to acquire them. These items will not be removed from the Inventory, but will require ownership of the of the SRL Record Book, Vol. 1 in order to equip them. Please see [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/News?aid=14178]this News post for more information on the most recent HotFix items[/url] and watch this space for additional updates.
• Players who own the SRL Record Book, Vol. 1 may view their personal challenge progression and Sparrow Racing League statistics on Bungie.net.
This information can be viewed on Bungie.net by navigating to the Sparrow Racing tab under "My Legend".
• We are investigating reports of Active players being Returned to Orbit due to inactivity.
• Year 2 Peregrine Grieves not appearing in the Exotic Armor Collection even when players own the Year 1 variant.
• Retrieval of the Future War Cult Ship “The Climb” from Collections has been disabled. This will be addressed in a future update.
• We are aware of player reports that the Quest step "More Bullets" is not progressing when meeting requirements, and investigating the matter.

According to the Event Calendar on the PSN the Sparrow Racing League ended early. It clearly states the event will end on 12/30/2015 at 4am. Are the times given on the other side of the International Date Line? Where are the times based off of? If they are anything other than local time then why do they not specifically state what time zone they are referencing? I understand there are other sources of the event time and date information that show 12/29 as the end date, but why should players be required to double check information using multiple methods when the source for all of them is the same company? That responsibility rests with the company publishing the information, not the consumer. This is a disappointing error or oversight on Bungie's part. Bungie, please be more precise with your statements with regards to dates and times in the future, and please coordinate better so that every source of information reads the same. I had planned on completing quite a few goals before the event ended and spending the whole night of 12/29/15 racing and having fun. Instead, I am left disappointed and less inclined to enjoy alternative activities in Destiny tonight since my heart was set on racing. Thank you, A concerned Guardian

When will the next SRL event begin. I'm sure many people are asking this because I definitely enjoyed racing as well as many other people enjoyed it. Why does it have to be an event instead of a permanent crucible option, that way people can enjoy SRL whenever they want! Also, quick suggestion, I think it would be interesting if there were sparrow weapons (blasters on the front) to fight at enemies. This would make it much more competitive when your sparrow is on fire in first place. One more thing to add is each sub class and super charge ability should play some sort of role on the race, whether its attacks of some sort or speed boost abilities, it would be a very cool change to the game.

Just watched a guy use some kind of exploit on the venus track. Halfway thru the first lap he disappears and finishes first with a time under 4 minutes which I'm pretty sure is impossible. Yes I reported him in game like that has EVER worked. Thanks for another broken game mode.

I played destin srl racing and figured out the mask are like the horns. So i tried dismantling a legendary happy horn to get the thing but i didnt get. So now im afraid i will lose the "kings horn" because of it.

SLR Mars gate Jump is Arbitrary!!!!! At Least once a race I wont be able to make that jump and theres NO REASON WHY!!!! Ive going full speed 1st place into that warp jump and a lot of the time dont make it!!??!? Ive have also tried going Slower, Hitting the Middle or Sides or a combination of the 4 and To NO AVAIL OF CONSISTENTCY!?!?! IS there some sort of trick like pitch the nose up b4 u go in the teleporter!!?? This Portal is VERY infuriating and is the reason y i have lost racers because of its Abitrary behaviour! If there was a reason like if it turned Red or Closed u wouldnt make it, but this is not the case!! COULD Someone Please give me an answer??

I can't access the SRL Races. I got Holliday to give me the Quest, but the first item is to Talk to Holliday and i get no prompts to talk to her. Anytime I try it's her standard dialogue to buy ships. What do I do?

I finished the SRL quest with my Hunter and got the legendary Sparrow. Then after trying for a few days to get the 3 wins with my Titan I finally finished it and after going back to the tower and talking to Amanda I didn't received another Sparrow for my effort. Is that correct? If it is the way that the SRL runs it sucks big time! Why bother to try and finish it with my 3rd Guardian if after that effort we won't receive the loot?

Why is it that I seem to miss the jump on mars when I'm going through lined up straight with full throttle? I've lost many races due to this jump--consistently having to make up time due to a death that I inevitably face almost every time I lap.

Hi there. I have two questions which have not been answered in your vital info: 1- Do I get to keep the special Sparrow's I bought or won after the SRL event is over or will they be unusable after the 29th December 2015? 2- If I buy the SRL book after I completed races/tricks/quests, will they be recorded already or it starts from zero upon the purchase? I'm considering buying silver to get some sparrows but I need to know exactly what I'm getting before and it seems Bungie is not being as clear as many of the gamers would like you to be. Your help will be much appreciated.

You keep sparrow, it's in your collection. After u buy book your previous races are cataloged and any rewards you're automatically eligible for will be awarded.

I should be rank 3 in srl but my rank will not progress beyond rank 2 2499/2500 This is beyond frustration I have put 1500+ hours into this game all my old guns and armor are useless and here I am screwed again Please help I'm getting sick of the same grind this is stupid

Every time I warp through the gate on Venus with my hunter my scarf goes wild and starts shooting across the screen like a light show. Please work on that it's ridiculously distracting

I think there might be a quest glitch with the license C quest? It says i need to talk to amanda (which i did) but nothing further occurs. It says i need to complete 5 races but i dont know where to go? People said theres races on mars & venus but nothing is showing up. I tried abandoning the quest & restarting, nothings working. Any help would be great.
