On the quest "Sparrow Racing" a friend and myself are unable to activate part2. On looking at the details of the quest part1, Talk to Amanda Holliday" is incomplete, but we have part 2 available. We have tried speaking to Holliday many times in Fireteam, out of Fireteam, after re-entering the Tower and after a ps4 reset but it doesn't move from this status. Also tried abandoning and reacquiring the quest. Have we left out a step? - I doubt this since we just spent an hour running around the Tower with no luck. Is this a glitch?
