I dismantled the happy horn and didnt get the piece to upgrade the rare horns. Help me?

If you want your happy horn back you can get it at the sparrow kiosk

Happy horn is the only Legendary horn you cant get the relay from. Otherwise you could just get a bunch from the kiosk and have infinite Horn relays
