OK Dumbass let me clarify You get 1 sparrow at the end of the quest. You can obtain it for each character. 3 sparrows max. How about the rest? Other than super random chance from nf. Last I checked there are more than 3 sparrows. I'm sorry you can't comprehend the word limited.

You can actually get the kits that have a sparrow in them from winning races.
