After Bungie took your money, they handed out emotes for free. What a scam.

They claim they are microtransaction only, and once they have boat loads of YOUR cash, they make them free, and run with your money as there will be no more real dlc until Destiny 2.
Thoughts about this? This is a joke.
For those too lazy to click the link, they are now rng nightfall rewards.
Edit: for all the people who can't comprehend the thread, THIS IS NOT ABOUT YOU SPENDING MONEY HOW YOU WANT, OR IT BECOMING FREE.
It is about them saying it was microtransaction ONLY, with no word about it being early/Instant access, or that it would later be added as ingame rng rewards. This was [u]never[/u] mentioned. This is just bad communication, a frequent problem here, and a way for them to create demand, take the money and run, and then say they are doing it for the players.
I literally do not care what you spend your money on, or how rich you say you are. Use your brain for a few seconds and actually comprehend the topic at hand.

When these first released, BING was kind enough to buy my Slow Clap emote, since signing up for their rewards program thing, at the time, one of the welcome options was a $5 Xbox Live card. So, that $5, plus the free silver Bungie gave us, is all I have spent, or will spend, only because I don't personally support the MT model.

2 RepliesYou want them NOW while they're still new and "cool?" Pay a bit. Want to avoid pissing off non microtransaction players? Make them obtainable for free, eventually. It's really not that complicated.

Since I didn't buy an emote. I don't care ha-ha I did however buy sparrows. I've been wanting a new sparrows since I started playing this game, so I didn't mind paying for them. If they turn into nightfall rewards I won't care. It's just 20 bucks, I make more an hour to really complain.

Titanfall came out with exclusive packs. They were released free a few months later. Wait, I didn't know this was a thing 😦 This isn't anything new, get used to it.
