I would personally love to see a zombie type mod, putting FAR more ghouls into the world, you would need to defend your settlement much more. You and your civilians can die of starvation and dehydration. And being killed by a ghoul turns you into one as well. And I would also like to see an unlimited material mod, just for creativity.
