I dismantled my happy born thinking I would get a horn relay. Is there another way to get a horn relay? I want to have a horn for when the event expires.

It's because the horn was given to you if you dismantle any other legendary horn it will give relays I had this same issue.

Will you get another free legendary horn? For the Halloween event you got 2 free masks.

I've gotten all kinds of horns jus racing and doing the bounties and stuff but the happy one is the only free horn.
