I just ate 3 burritos,1 pickle,5 cookies and Coke...it's 1:43 in the morning for me...WTF!!!...I have problems...anyone else?

Im 5' 1O Weed makes evrything taste so good I went from an skinny folk to muscular /massive to muscular/fat to fat . Need to get back to an healtier routine I quitted meth n ciggarettes 2 years ago compensated with other excessive behavior,metabolism is all -blam!- top . Gained weight so fast i got pregrancy marks on my arms n belly .and im a man XD

Ive also decided that i like being strong with moderate cardio development. I eat like a horse...weigh 245 at 5'11. But can run about 10 miles without a break. (Or if im hustling i can do 2 miles in 12.5 minutes.) Plus im a 500lb squatter and almost 400lb bench presser. Fat: yes Still in shape: yep

Edited by volch: 12/8/2015 4:18:51 PMyeah, I have little control over compulsively binge eating late at night as well. It just kinda happens, sometimes I'm not even hungry. I'm with you here, I don't really know how to get out of the cycle, because my body is now accustomed to the screwed up schedule I have for eating. (Currently weigh about 190 lbs, I'm slowly losing weight because of an exercise program I started myself on.) I've started exercising a lot, and try going to bed earlier than usual. It's been helping lately, so maybe try that out?

Do something bout it. Start walking everyday for 30min - hour, then after a week of that you should be able to add running into your walk.
