would Bungie pay me to write a halo book?
here is some of my work, just an example.
here it is under the line

"its 4 am, these damn alien criters have been relentless all night, my eyes are red with black bags under them as black as my elbows"
"johnson!!!"
"thats colnol anderson, he;s a real hard ass, but thats what you gotta be when you're dealin with alien scum as brutal and merceless as we are. the covenent we call them"
"johnson! i wont say it again, get your ass down here we got alien scum all around us they're comin in the building johnson!"
johnson sat up in his chair and said to himself "but on the flip side, when you're dealin with a guy like me, you gotta be twice as merceless as these lame brains"
johnson got out of his bunk bed, slid on his boots, tied up the buckles, taking his time and lighting his cigar at the same time, stood up, took one large swig of his now warm glass of whisky, and crushed the glass in his hand.
now he could here the familiar noises of a covenant troop, the head elites shouting commands at a group of confused and terrified grunts bumping into each other and squabeling amongst themselves over who is to go in front.
johnson had seen and heard it all before
"anderson, get me my super spartan blasterino bannana magical pea shooter with my cigar barrel attatchment and customized balerina paint job"
"right away johnson"
anderson scuffled over to a near by closet and grabbed johnsons super spartan blasterino bannana magical pea shooter with his cigar barrel attacthment and customized balerina paint job and threw it to johnson.
when johnson opend the door of the room they were and came face to face with the covenent troop and they saw his super spartan blasterino bannana magical pea shooter with his cigar barrel attacthment and customized balerina paint job, they all dropped there weaponds and surrenderd.
johnson spent the next three hours with them explaining why earth is not so bad, he used a special cigar to show them an example of why earth has some good stuff that they could all share and get along happily for ever.
the covenent agreed and after a compulsery tea-bagging from johsnon the whole troop went away and made friends with all the other races in the universe and they owed it all to johnsons super spartan blasterino bannana magical pea shooter with his cigar barrel attacthment and customized balerina paint job.

Not to bad. You should work on your spelling and grammar first. Then move on to writing more, first make sure you have a plot, characters all sorted out, don't just write. When you're done, double check it. Then wait an hour and double check it again.
