    Trying to keep in proper forum. A perk not proc'ing is broken - and a problem that needs to be addressed If Bungie, themselves, actually supported their own product, it wouldn't be left to self-help. This is a billion-dollar enterprise, not some indie game. They can afford real support. EDIT: I see what you mean now. #feedback (bad category title) has a #bugs section. This section is called #HELP and the subsection description says "what's broken." One would rightly presume the #HELP section is where you get HELP with BROKEN things. I now realize that they're misusing the word "broken" to mean unfair or imbalanced or divergent from expectation. Again, if they supported their own product instead of spending their time live-streaming their own gameplay, this wouldn't be an issue.
