Is doing challenge mode warpriest the same thing as doing just normal warpriest? What changes???

Normal drops 310 artifact and 310 armour or weapon guaranteed, where as the hard mode will drop a 320 of both.

I know that! But is the dificulty diferent???

If you mean is the challenge different then no. If you mean is it more difficult then obviously because it's a higher light lvl.

Whats the difference? Is the aura the only thing that changes?

yes can not be same person holding the aura or getting pass the aura if the current holder dies.
