You didn't know that it's the Bubble of 'Guardian Attraction'. They either want to kill it or just by habit run into it. Would be nice to see it get some more love. When caged in your bubble, you see the enemy gathering and stalking you. Then they strike as a whole....and bubble goes pop. You go 'crap! (though much more colorful terms are probably present).
