Please follow this instruction to resolve the issue. If it does not work, please try it again at a later time, like waiting half an hour, play a Strike inbetween. Same. Shouldn't have to wait around due to an error that shouldn't ever, ever happen to begin with. I don't spend money on every one of your games to wait around and do a strike for no reason because of ignorance.
