I did this post so that people can understand where other players are coming from when you get kicked. *Don't be mad when someone post for a certain light level and you can't be in it, you are not entitled. *Don't be arrogant in trying to take over the raid, everyone can contribute. *Read the post for LFG properly before trying to get into a team. *Don't waste other players time by being distracted, high or not involved fully. *Have fun but remember family and loved ones comes first. Control your addiction and don't loose your cool. Update 2.0: Answer to folk not liking my 315+ requirement. Just to clarify : I and I am sure other LFG posters uses light level as a filter knowing that great players might be at lower light levels but the majority at lower light levels are less experienced and would lead to a frustrating venture. If you have played on a team with my requirements you would notice the difference. There is a level of confidence, skill and teamwork you see immediately. I am also selective in the teams I join and generally look for high light level posting. I only do Hard Mode raid in the interest of time.
