Where can I buy the golden gun on the vendors
It keeps one-shotting me in the crucible. plz nerf

You first have to use three of coins and get an exotic engram from a Sunbreaker on the 7th day on the 7th week of the 7th month. Once you do, you decrypt it and get a white 1 damage hand cannon. You have to get 200 kills with it in trials and then get kills with it in IB. Then you go to the Gunsmith and he gives you a green hand cannon with only 1 bullet with final round. You must solo Oryx without self rezzing with it. After that, you go the Cryptarch and he gives you a plastic golden gun. You must smack RNGesus in the face with it and it must kill him. Once done, you go to the reef Cryptarch which gives you a quest. It's super easy, all you have to do is go to the Reef vanguard vendors and collect the glorious golden gun. The prototype, anyway. You have to kill people with it. 77 times while Jesus is slapping you. Once done, you now have Golden Gun. Now you have to kill 1000 Sunbreakers to get the 3 shots on it. Have fun!!!

4 RepliesEdited by Raomi: 12/4/2015 3:11:44 AM1. Go to Regicide (Heroic) 2. When the Primus and Ogre appear, a hole in the wall will appear. Jump into that hole. 3. You will see two golden chests. One has the inscription, "git gud". The other will have, "scrub reincarnated" on it. Loot the second one. It will give you a 310 pre-nerf Thorn and a helmet named "Deej's Head". Equip the helmet and you will gain a buff called "Scrub Reincarnation". The feed will say "The Scrub himself has risen again!". 4. Wipe. Immediately. If you've done the steps correctly, instead of the "darkness consumed you screen", the screen should be black except for the text "you have angered Deej!". When you respawn, you should be in a gloomy room with no exit, similar to the Darkblade pit. 5. After about 15 seconds, a light should appear. Walk up to that light and shoot it until it turns red. Back away from the light. 6. DEEJ, the Scrub King will spawn. You MUST kill him within 15 seconds of him spawning or else you don't get Golden Gun. After you've killed him in under 15 seconds, head back to the Tower and talk to The Cryptarch. He will give you Golden Gun with 450 atk and a Uncommon hand cannon. 7. Dismantle the Golden gun and give the hand cannon back to the Cryptarch. He will then hand you another Golden Gun at 15000 atk. Dismantle that and say into your mic, "f*ck you Rahool." He should then start visibly crying and hand you a Golden Gun. Instead of a number for the atk, there should be and infinity sign there. 8.Thats it. You now have a Golden Gun! Edit: Oh, yeah, I forgot the funeral cutscene for Deej after you kill him. Luke Smith, his father, will avenge Deej just like Oryx. Edit2: You can also kill DEEJ by shooting in a triangle. Deej will scream, "Illuminati confirmed" and off himself with a giant TLW.

You have to go flawless in ToO and when you get to the lighthouse you have to jump on invisible platforms to the sun. Takes about 5 hours to get there with no mistakes, if you miss you restart. But it's so worth it.

You can get it now for 2,000 silver or wait until the next DLC to have a chance to have it drop in the challenge mode next raid.
