Have you found an answer to why? I mean its annoying af, and I have numerous times tried to contact sony and all I get is try to reset you ps4 yadda yadda yadda. And bungie has no support whatsoever. I just want an answer why it is happening.

Well from what I know. Whenever ur connection goes bad the connection just try's to focus on the game and not the sound. Also another reason is that your console is having trouble keeping up with all the game interactions like explosions
