Maybe if you're not in control of the gun fight. Be in control and you can take your time. This guy was in control in a lot of situations where he died.
He's definitely not bad, but this isn't good gameplay.

What do you mean control the gunfight? A pulse rifle can drop you in two bursts. You don't have time to sit there an analyze your surroundings. Especially with the weapons I typically use.

You can always control a gun fight... Control corners, bate targets, know your disadvantages. Too many people play like idiots in this game. A prime example of bating on this map: Consider where those explosives are. If he ran out he would be at a disadvantage with a mida. If he ran out, got shot once, his target would probably think he has an advantage (he'd lose it the moment he would chase inside after you) at that point you've got a OHK. That's an example of bating and controlling a gun fight.
