Mida Multi-Tool Question.
I got the Mida from the deceptive engram when TTK came out, and I loved that thing. Now that it is coming back, I can use it in just about everything now.
I just have one question:
Will it still stagger all PvE opponents when the updated version becomes available? Just like how it was before?
[spoiler]And another thing, trying to get all the fragments for ToM, anyone know how I can track the ones I already have? If possible.[/spoiler]

2 RepliesMida does about 7% less damage but has a faster fire rate than VoC style scouts. I'd say it would definitely stagger enough when spamming it

It's a good all around weapon. Don't expect it to stagger all.

No promises. Suros Regime, Red death, and Thunderlords stats were seriously mucked with when they went year2. It will be fast firing. It will be fast reloading. You will move faster holding it. I don't feel confident saying any more than that.
