I can't get past 314 on my hunter. If I don't do the raid right at reset it seems like everyone I know has already done it :/

I usually am on at reset. But I can't always get a team together. Because even when I am looking through my roster most of the time everyone is already in a fire team of 6. So sad my regular awesome raid team moved on to fallout/halo 5. Haven't been able to put a regular team together yet.
