Why do you boot/kick people from your raid team?
No Tom, no Spindle, no HM emblem and not 315+ ..I will boot you from my team . Die 2 times in a row first ..boot..talk like a kid..boot, AFK without telling the team boot..have to go to the drive tru for a quick bite while raiding..boot...not taking care of your child/kid and having them screaming in the background ..boot ...sorry but I did not sign up for BS
Update 1.0: Thanks for the reply guys. I did this post so that people can understand where other players are coming from when you get kicked.
*Don't be mad when someone post for a certain light level and you can't be in it, you are not entitled.
*Don't be arrogant in trying to take over the raid, everyone can contribute.
*Read the post for LFG properly before trying to get into a team.
*Don't waste other players time by being distracted, high or not involved fully.
*Have fun but remember family and loved ones comes first. Control your addiction and don't loose your cool.
Update 2.0: Answer to folk not liking my 315+ requirement.
Just to clarify : I and I am sure other LFG posters uses light level as a filter knowing that great players might be at lower light levels but the majority at lower light levels are less experienced and would lead to a frustrating venture. If you have played on a team with my requirements you would notice the difference. There is a level of confidence, skill and teamwork you see immediately. I am also selective in the teams I join and generally look for high light level posting. I only do Hard Mode raid in the interest of time.

I kick them for not having a malice because it shows they're lazy. Getting the ToM is extremely easy so if you don't have it by now it just shows you are lazy. And don't give me that excuse on "I have a family and life and work and blah blah blah blah". The raid and the gun have been available for well over a month or two. There's no reason you shouldn't have it. There has been plenty of time. It literally takes only an hour out of your time.

Screaming baby in the back boot? You guys must be a special kind of stupid in this community. So at your inconvenience and arrogance and delusional self worth if a player has a baby crying even with a domestic partner around you boot? I can't stand sh!t like this and it's people like this mindset who ruin the game. So the next time I host a raid and I get the random on edge angry nerd he gets the boot.

Booted mainly people who were annoying... Booted a lot of Rapper Wannabees. You know, those massively annoying people who think most people really want to listen to them rap over loud rap music in the background. That's an automatic boot if we get them from LFG. If it was someone's friend that joined we would politely tell them to turn off the music and stop with the rapping. But it never surprises me that most of them just turn the music to medium level and rap lightly...yeah...BOOT! Generally don't boot tho.

Sometimes I boot myself when I'm with a bad team on daughters or any boss fight(besides oryx) if I'm not doing enough damage. If the team has 3-4(with a bad team) people shooting at the boss, doing 10x the damage I'm doing that's pretty bad.

I only kick someone if they are unwilling to learn something they dont know or if they are constantly saying they can do everything better than anyone else but really cant handle any inportant positions ex. The guy who said he was a great relic runner on oryx so we let him try instead of me for a run and long story short he didnt slam the vessel and didnt even know what we were talking about when we said it was eating all of our corrupted light (and he ran a sidearm on golgoroth fyi).

I kick people who b!tch non-stop and i mean a serious 20 minute rant on why they couldve finished the raid if he had a different team, don't learn after 10 tries or are purposely holding the team back.

Goes AFK twice. Doesnt know what they're doing If the team wipes they complain and blame others. Under age 18 Constantly insults other player in fireteam using swears. My raid environments are clean, relaxed, and mature.
