New challenge mode gives the raiders something new to do. What about the massive majority of players Bungie?
You know? Most of your players?
Do you not care if they leave?
I don't think Luke Smith does because he is an arrogant SOAB.

Why do you play the game if you don't raid. What do you do? Constantly play crucible? That sounds horrible just thinking about it.
-
If you don't do the raid in destiny you don't need this game. For me that's the only fun that is remained
-
I've pretty much come to terms that this game is meant to be a team-based game. So I just enjoy what I can as a solo player.
-
5 RepliesI play Crucible, patrol, do strikes... only 3 Oryx raids so far. Still having a good time. Raids are what I do when I get tired of everything else.
-
Trials
-
6 RepliesLol, I feel bad for you most of the comments are focused on you wanting top tier rewards for not raising. When in reality you just asked for something new to do, no rewards involved. I hope they add something for the MAJORITY like you.
-
Challenge mode didn't give us anything more to do... Apart from new gear dropping for doing the same thing.
-
You could do trials to get closer to 320
-
It's been this way since the very beginning. You have other methods but until the next DLC you won't be 320 unless you partake in some end-game activity.
-
This doesnt make sense...
-
get over it scrub.... there's plenty of people out there happy to raid, if u dnt have friends to hit the raid with , hit up the community, plenty of guardians looking for fire teams.... who is this massive majority, bungie seem to cater for all PvP - IRON BANNER , TRIALS PvE - raid
-
Game over.
-
You say challenge mode is something new to do but you'd realize it wasn't if you actually played the darned thing.
-
Its parr of the game.why do u play the game if u dont play the game lol.come on now
-
2 RepliesIf you dont do raids then what the heck you do in destiny? Replay story missions over and over? Or you play crucible 100% of the time you are logged in? Raids are a big part of what makes destiny, plus finding a fireteam is not hard at all. You should try it sometimes.
-
Yes, congratulations. You've beaten 90% of the game, but refuse to do the final, endgame content. If you want to do something new to do, do the raid..... you know, the thing everything else builds you for.
-
Get over it they do not always have to make new content for every single player type of this game... if you dont raid then tough deal with it. And no they do not care about your threats to leave if you do not get what you want when you want how you want because you want you stupid git.
-
2 RepliesWhat about the 5% that haven't got into the ship yet in the first mission?! Each day they log in and try try try to complete the mission with no luck.
-
If you play 1-2hrs a day witg destiny.... Theirs no excuse to not do the raid. I raid on weekends on my main and planing on joining boss CP during the week for my alternatives
-
or you can just shut up and do the raid, dont give me the "i have a life with other more important obligations" speech, idfc what your excuse is, the raid would be that something new that you have been avoiding for some reason, the game's best pve content and a major selling point as no fps has ever done that before and you decided its best to leave that shit alone and bitch on the forums instead
-
1 ReplyNot doing the raid is like ordering a sandwich and just looking at it. It's your own fault you're anorexic
-
I really think the statistics is more like 55 non raid 45 raid. I myself enjoy raiding. I enjoy playing pve more than pvp. I'm sure you are backwards from me. I think bungie should have something for people like you and something for people like me.
Saying 90% is non raid is kinda ridiculous.
-
Idk why you wouldn't raid if you played destiny... It is in every way the best and most fulfilling aspect
-
So the question is, why do you not raid? Is it because you are not a high enough level? Can't find a group to run it with? Don't want to? Not a high enough level? Level yourself up. Can't find a group? LFG is generally pretty good to find a group, or recruitment forums here, or if on PS4 feel free to add me and I will help you run it. If don't want to? That's your choice and there is crucible to run if you are a PVP player, where you have Trials of Osiris each week and Iron Banner roughly once a month. Both of these drop higher level gear and Trials is the raid equivalent for PVP players (end game material). If none of that is your cup of tea and you just like doing missions, then perhaps a vacation from Destiny until new content drops, or try and find a group that is fun to play with. It is not really Destiny that keeps me coming back. While I like the game, it is the people I meet playing it that keep me coming back.

1 Replystatistically 90% of all statistics are made up on the spot
-
Feel ya bruh. I stopped doing the raid. It's not fun at all.
