Why can't we duel wield Nedlers?
In Halo 2 i always used to look for duel Needlers. I used to own most people with those. But when Bungie came out with Halo 3, I noticed that i can't duel wield Needlers. Why on earth would someone do that??
Needlers are one of the most reliable guns in the Halo universe. Even when Halo CE came out the Needler was my favorite backup weapon.

The h3 needler is almost like 2 h2 needlers. Its overpowered.

Halo 2 Needler was able to be used in both hands because it was extremely underpowered, even dual wielded. The Halo 3 Needler is a phenomenal weapon on its own. If you think otherwise, then you are using it wrong.

What Bungie did is make the damage of each shard greater, but reduce the amount of them shot. Thus making the needler more balanced.

I think one works fine enough.

When Bungie came out with Dual-Wielding, they did it with a lot of weapons. I think they did a little too much when they made the needler Dual-Wield-Able. They took it away because the chance of hitting the opponent was extremely high. With making each shard more powerful, but reducing the fire rate by making it not Dual-Wield-Able, it was balanced.
