I got to 310 light during IB after the new patch last week. Since then I have gotten 6 or 7 exotic engrams and ALL of them have decoded to 290. I have gotten 3oC drops as well as one from the raid, both armor and weapons. I even tried dropping to 309 light when decoding, but I still get a 290. When I was 300-305, I was getting a 310 about half the time. Now that I am 310 light it is 0%. I thought you were guaranteed a 310 once you reach 310 light. What am I doing wrong???
