Ah. Well there has to be a counter, right? If it was like that then might as well be exactly like gunslinger super.

I'm just feel like it should tether faster because that's what the super is supposed to be and without an instant tether it's getting used as a ohk on multiple spread out targets not a cluster trapper or a super shutdown
