What to do if you see "I quit posts"
I've been seeing a whole lot of people saying . "I quit destiny" "just deleted it" posts lately. Wether it is people leaving because of a new game or people trying to get attention, like most of them. It doesn't matter if they leave or get another game. Now the reason I say this is because I see people responding and replying to these posts, most argue with them.
Now you don't have to listen to me but, just skip over them now, don't even look at the posts. We've all seen enough sunbreakers nerf complaints, we get it you think it's op, stop saying over and over again. It's just like the "I quit" posts.
Next time you see these posts, just skip them and save yourself at least 1 minute of your life
Wow that's a lot of posts, I almost got as many as the "I quit" posts

The fact that you felt compelled to write this means you are seeing too many "I quit" posts, and that in itself is a problem. It means that people are fed up enough to take the time to come to the forum and post their disgust with the game and that they are leaving. If there is too many of these posts, then that means the important people, the people that Bungie should be trying to keep, are leaving. I'd think it's pretty safe to say, that if the hardcore people are leaving, then a lot of non-hardcore people are leaving, have left, or are not playing nearly as much as they used to. So skip them, and watch as the playerbase continues to shrink.

2 RepliesI just think to myself "What did people think this game was going to be?" I love destiny. I'll keep playing because I love it. But I had no illusions as to how it was going to be from day one. People got spoiled by games like the last of us. Great story. Now everyone thinks every game has to have a top notch story. This games story was supposed to be your story. Not some script that a writer made. It's got plenty of lore just like halo, but it's got a social aspect that makes it feel more alive. So all the game needed was great gameplay, which it has. I can't explain this any better. It's a GAME. We play it to make our own legend. Look at Warframe. Another great game with a loving community. Never met someone who complained in the warframe forums, but that game as literally ZERO story. It's a GAME centered around gameplay just like Destiny. People are just be to be smart and aware of what kind of game it actually is.

I just Mute, that way, if/when they come back, I don't have to deal with them.

I laugh as I know that I can enjoy playing multiple games while not quitting any. For example I played destiny with one of my good friends last night, when he got off I switched to Halo 5 to play Rumble Rockets, and then went back to destiny to finish up some leveling. It's that easy :)
