How do you get the sleeper simulant?
I have read alot about this and I'm curious aso exactly how you obtain it. To many threads contradicting each other. Any info would be appreciated. I only know I need 4 dvalin relics but I can't find the fourth....

There's 1 on each planet or crucible. The quest appears on the 7th of each month
