Black Spindle Best Strategy

Feel free to reply and agree or disagree with me and say why. But I ran this about 10 times today with two different groups and this was the strategy that finally got us the Spindle. First, it's best if the party is 1 of each class. Titan runs defender, Warlock runs stormcaller, Hunter runs nightstalker. The rooms leading up to the boss fight are pretty easy. I suggest having a sword equipped in these rooms to clear out shielded enemies quickly. And make sure to focus on Blights anytime you see them so more enemies can't spawn. The first room is rather straightforward. If you're making good time, you should be able to clear the first room in under a minute (9+ minutes left). Then in the first tunnel, use a solar sword or shot gun to take out the spawns on both sides. You should be able to clear both sides in 10 seconds or less. In the next room with the 3 wizards, try to take them out as fast as you can with a void sniper as soon as you get in. If that doesn't work, get them with void shot gun or swords after clearing some adds from the middle. After the wizards, take out the snipers by jumping up top with a sword or shotty. You can't get them from range because they'll just bubble on you. In the next set of tunnels, again, be ready with a solar sword or shot gun to clear out the Knights quickly. You should be able to get to the last room with between 6 and 7 minutes left. Now here is where I had the most trouble. Even after making good time, we just couldn't clear the boss room. First of all, fight the boss from the entry area. It has the best cover. The titan and hunter will be focusing on the boss from the right side. The warlock focuses on the adds from the left side. All 3 keep an eye out for Blights and take them out ASAP. This is probably the most important part of the whole strategy. Always be looking out for them. On the right hand side, the Titan pops a blessing bubble at the bottom of the stairs for protection and the hunter shadow shots the boss. DPS as much as possible. The focus of these two is the boss, but keep an eye out for Blights on the right hand side, and clear adds whenever possible. On the left hand side, the warlock is just clearing adds and Blights. Use stormtrance whenever there are lots of Psions to take out as they go down fast that way. You can also go after the cabal because they have blue shields. Hopefully you have a solar sword or shotty equipped to take out the knights. If you have a spare second, DPS the boss, but the warlocks primary focus is all adds. By the time the boss is down, you should have between 1 and 2 minutes left with minimal adds. All 3 of you just clean it up and soak in the Black Spindle! My biggest issue was following the advice to have all 3 DPS the boss first. If you do that, and ignore adds, then you'll end up with an overwhelming amount to deal with at the end. It won't work. It also didn't work when we had the hunter try to work on adds. The Warlock has the better super for killing adds, and the hunter has the better super for DPSing the boss. If you follow this plan it should only take you a couple of runs to iron out routine. Just trying to help some fellow frustrated guardians out. Hopefully I can save you from running up and down the tunnels as many times as I did.
