I would like to see a new faction and storylines within the faction. Yesterday I was explaining to someone why they should join a faction and they said "that's it? No storyline?"

Yeah that always did disappointment. Was hoping there were more quests for the faction in TTK, but the closest we got was the "No Time to Explain" quests and the quests for the exotic class items.
