Finishing the storyline isn't completing the game. In Bethesda games, fallout & elder scrolls, the storyline is only a small part of the game.
I'm 6 days of playtime into my first character, haven't met the BoS yet. Haven't gone to the railroad. Haven't found the Institue.
I waste hours building bases.

I hope they put the base building in the next elder scrolls game. That's just sounds so awesome. Could do some cool things building forts of mages and Knights and what not!
