Most annoying enemy in Mass Effect 3

When I first played the game (demo multiplayer) it was definitely phantoms. They were so Damn annoying and difficult to dodge, plus they had an instant kill move that they used quite often. Later though when I got better characters and more comfortable they became one of the easiest enemies in the game. After the full game released, I found the banshees to be the worst. worst. Teleporting, several DoT abilities. And of course their often-spammed instant kill. We eventually learned good ways to counter them. Ultimately, however, I would say that the entirety of the collectors is the worst. especially possessed scions and abominations. A doing of colllectors on silver is equivalent to the difficulty of any other faction on gold.

1 ReplyEdited by GiantDad: 11/29/2015 9:40:29 AMPossessed Scions. Praetorians aren't too much trouble, Scions are. Praetorians only shoot lasers, Scions shoot endless volleys of grenades, forcing you from cover. I played a lot of Gold/Platinum so cover is important.

Collector Praetorians. Take an insane amount of damage, can kill you even in cover, and have an instant-kill melee that is buggy as hell with a way too long reach.

Every normal add I just used my 1-2 shot saber with same build. Got boring at the end tho... In that horde mode? Hmm. God I miss this game, mass effect is easily one of the best gaming series ever made. I'm praying that the next mass effect game has references to Shepard and somehow explains the 'perfect' ending where shep breathes, even if it's like 2 lines of diolouge
