Bungie LLC is it's own legal entity, and is privately owned (meaning the stock shares are not publicly traded). So essentially, the ownership of Bungie depends on who owns all that privately owned, untraded stock. And that information, to my knowledge anyways, is not made public as it does not need to distribute it's financial statements to stockholders... since it's privately owned XD

bungie is a privately owned company and isn't traded on the stock market, so the question still persists who owns bungie
