What is happening?
What's your error code and are you getting signed out of Live?
If you're getting signed out of Xbox Live, you need to log into your Router and give your Xbox a Static IP. Set up your Xbox in System Settings to connect Manually. I copied all of the settings exactly and then just input them in the Manual menu. This should be done before setting up a Static IP on your Router. Make sure all of the numbers match and test your connection. After you do this and it works, you need to set up Port Forwarding. You need to open Port 53, 80, 88, and 3074 and make sure they are set for the IP you set on your Xbox.
I used to have this same problem, but doing this set up, fixed everything for me. I hope it helps. They have detailed instructions on how to set this up on bungie.net but if you need any help, you can PM me and I will simplify it for you.

Im only getting booted from gameplay, i still remain logged into XBox Live. The game worked for the last hour and a half, but i just got booted again. Internet and Xbox Live are communicating just find only havong issues with Destiny, all other games and Apps work without issues.

That's just it though, even though your other games work just fine, Destiny constantly has a ton of data flowing all the time. I had the same dilemma. I really think you should try Static IP and port forwarding. It takes about 10 minutes and it really could solve the problem.
