I have and I know it's worse. Doesn't mean this place can't be better than it is.

Mostly depends on what division your in with silver and platinum being the most toxic. Bottom silver and Plat don't want to be kicked back down while top just want to finally reach the next rank were things change for the better. Honestly it has gotten to the point were it's so toxic were most people just accept it and don't care
