Please stop messing pve up because what people want in pvp!
Bump if you agree that pvp and pve should be separate from eachother.

Not sure if I came by before, but if I did, I'll leave another bump anyway. Also, title made me laugh. XD

Edited by SibilantSerpent: 11/29/2015 6:25:42 PMI feel the choice they made to integrate them so closely was a choice of furthering the immersion of the game. I'm sure a lot of noobs would find themselves asking "why does my weapon behave differently when I'm in PvP?" I'm not disagreeing with you but I can see why they chose not to.

it wouldn't so bad but for some reason bungie thought the same weapon balance for open world PvE with large maps and enemies that require more than a few shots to take down was compatible with small maps for PvP with multiple instakill weapons........

If you guys find balance to be a problem so much you might try giving examples instead of the constant separate PvE PvP threads. It's what people suggesting PvP balance ideas do, regardless of what is going on in PvE. For example while the upcoming nerfs for shotguns don't seem problematic the damage before the patch was quite nice. Not that I'm really picking sides, I think balance and overall satisfying gameplay is a problem on both. Also referred to as the entire game but I don't want to lose your attention. Which lastly I'll stress the problems have nothing to do with the fact that things act the same way across PvP and PvE. At least not necessarily, sure you could solve it that way but it's not needed and quite arbitrary.

Bump. Please Bungie. Most of your players play PvE. According to Mr Spock, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one. That means you should stop catering to the small percentage of players who whine about the crucible, and Luke Smith. They are not the many.

Edited by xlFoolishlx: 11/28/2015 5:07:12 PMI dpnt understand why they force and emphasize pvp soo much when its so casual in destiny! It will never be a go to mlg/pro pvp game without dedicated servers or seperating pvp and pve Edit: or private matches ffs

Agreed really is not balance its a stupid bandaid for PvP players the screws over PvE . Also the title good sir is a work of art.
-
Bump. This stopped being funny a long time ago.

It is the single worst thing about this game. Needing every pve weapon for pvp reasons.

Edited by TC6 Wolverine: 11/27/2015 8:37:20 PMI agree. I would like the changes made to affect where the issue is. What impacts PvP does not translate well into the PvE arena and vice versa. I think this is where the tug of war seems to happen by trying to meet the balance of two completely different game types. I play both and this seems to be the best approach.

Did you miss the part where they are increasing damage to AI combatants?
