The RNG is broke

I've just done oryx on hard mode for my 16th time and it still hasn't given me the hard mode helmet. I do it more than 3 times every week on my 2 titans but only get rewards two of those times as I help my friends with it. I'm forced to sit here and watch while all my mates get the helmet and I don't. Please can you help?
