Getting fallout 4 soon... Will try this build, loved stealth build in fallout 3

I'm in my late 80's in terms of levels ATM, but i'll likely use this build to help with becoming even more OP in damage terms.

Good thing I already had this build set up, except with rifles instead of pistols-I was fearful of a character scrap for a second there

It can be op as hell if you max out mister sandman, the pistol damage perk, lone wanderer, and bloody mess. Also max out all the Vats perks

eh I been running on survival for most of the game. in the late 40's now. have little to no problem. my build is alot like this one, except I went for rifles as my primary. better accuracy at longer ranges. you get the combat rifle from vault 81 and your in god mode. main perks for combat? rifleman, ninja, critical banker, gun nut, and reaper if you have the luck for it. the sniper perk line is also amazing of you have the perception for it but that would either involve cheating to get your stats up or dumping alot of perk points into stats. survival mode, lvl 30some mirlurk queen with a skull, the overseer's guardian modded into a sniper, sneak attack, called crit.... 1 shot kill. laughed my ass off. I've got my gun nut up more and modded the overseer's guardian into a .308 sniper for insane damage. I also got another combat rifle that has the 2x projectiles perk on it. modded that into a .38 sniper. better then my .50 cal snipers with the most common ammo in the game.
