About Refer-a-friend (old generation consoles)
For some reason you can't refer-a-friend on Xbox 360 and PS3 but the refer-a-friend trailer on Playstation's Youtube channel says PS4, PS3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqauVijrtgo
On top of that the emotes, shader, emblem and sparrow shows up on the tower in their respective kiosks on Xbox 360 and PS3. I'd like to have a simple answer why Bungie locked out Xbox 360 & PS3 from these rewards and from the questline?
