Well obviously there has to be teachers to educate the little tots about the world. Zavala would be the Cabal teacher, teaching the kids about the Cabal's military hierarchy, tactics, and lore. Cayde-6 would be the Fallen teacher. Same duties as Zavala but with Fallen. Ikora would be the Vex teacher. Eris the Hive teacher. Not to mention there has to be the individual classes separated. So the Hunter tots would have Cayde as their instructor, Zavala for the Titans, and Ikora for the Warlocks. They would teach them the lore of their class and the special training that goes with it. It might have to be like Harry Potter where each class has their own House and Banner and there could be inter-house competitions like Sparrow races. The Speaker would be the overarching authority making sure everything stays in order. Lord Shaxx and Saladin would oversee such inter-house competitions. Tess would sell replacement clothing and school supplies. Amanda would be the one maintaining the Sparrows and teaching the kids how to maintain their own Sparrows. The Faction leaders? They would teach the kids about their Faction and there could be a tension between the Factions as they try to recruit the tots. The Cryptarch would be the one to teach the lore of the golden age and the history of the battle between Light and Dark. The Gunsmith would be one the educating on gun handling and maintenance.
