Enjoy![/spoiler] [b]Postmortem Boredom - Predictable Omniscience [/b] No gods, no kings. The prodigal jackass himself told me that a while ago. You know, before he ran my own sword through my spine. Never understood why I forgave him. It's like some massive dick-shaped plot hole prevented me from trying to kill him out of revenge. Anyway... Where was I again? Ah, yes, no gods no kings. It's really ironic how these things work out, right? I mean, as soon as you kill the first big baddie, another one as equally- IF NOT MORE -powerful pops up outta nowhere! Seriously, it's like you face the final boss of the game, only to discover that there are an infinite amount of bigger cocks in the orgy! ... That was crude, wasn't it? Sorry, I just happen to get very bored. It's like watching someone play my favourite video game as I stand to the side, unable to do anything except comment and observe. I've faced down more than enough omnipotent bastards in my time. Hell, some weren't even omnipotent, just considered to be larger fish. I made my name by carving a legacy with my sword and my fire. Doesn't matter in the end though, because as soon as I take out one god-like entity, another'll just take its place. I could probably go on and on if I had to list some of the "biggest fish." It's actually quite laughable when you think about it... One massive fanfic-level battle royale with pantheon upon pantheon of gods. Only a few of my former brethren use the cold power of logic and wit; others resorting to their, how shall I say, dick size. Power is fine. In fact, I respect refined skill and ability. And I get it, transcendence is viable if you're an immortal killing machine enhanced by the technological marvels of the golden cocks or the chaotic (and totally hentai-like) grasp of pandemonium. But in my opinion? It gets rather stale sometimes. You got someone like Harbinger. He's evil as hell. Did he get credit where it was due? Not as much as he deserved, but yes, he was evil and people knew it. Did he die in a blaze of glory? I'm biased as -blam!-: yes. Same goes for the Beast and any other major baddie in this little story of ours (haha, get it?). Yet he was replaced, I shit you not, not even a day after by something supposedly bigger and badder. Be it evil robots, weird and slightly disturbing Chaos things (because the Warp seems to be the boogeyman to blame whenever something takes a Viagra power pill), or some kind of space herpes travelling the galaxy to infect and kill everyone (that's right. I see you, don't even try to act like you're not there) there is always something at the ready to rip you in half with its omnipotent phallus. In the end, I honestly don't have much beef with these guys (except for the ones that are just powerful "just because." In that case, please go drink some ichor infused bleach or something) especially if they're dynamic and likeable. Likeable in the "OH SHIT HE'S POWERFUL AND CREATIVELY EVIL/GOOD/NEUTRAL" kind of way. I guess I'll just keep on throwing more of these rants out there. It's quite dull here at the moment, and I'm sure as hell not coming back. My story will probably be forgotten anyways, replaced by some tale of epic proportions. No no no, of course I don't have a problem with that. I'm not infatuated with myself, dear reader, and I encourage the show to go on. So... Expect more of this bitching and complaining soon.
