Scout Rifle aficionados- What do you value most in a Scout Rifle?
I'm looking to hear from Scout Rifle vets to get a better sense of the type of Scout Rifles that they have found to be successful in PvP with. Specifically, what rate of fire and impact do you favor? How would you prioritize the top three stats on a Scout Rifle (e.g., Stability, Mag Size, Reload Speed, etc.)? And what specific perks do you value in your Legendary SRs?

Good scout must be able to reliably one shot red bars in the head, good stability, 17+ mag. Firefly is a plus.
