30 min ban on Iron Banner
I propose a 30 minute on those playing Iron Banner that:
1) leave a match prematurely
2) Get 4 kills or less dragging their entire team down.
That last one is controversial, however this is competitive PvP - don't play IB if your going to hinder your team.

The 4 kills one isn't fair because I was put in a game on the loosing team right and the end and only got 2 kills and 2 deaths
