It doesn't make any difference. You have the same odds with any ultra. Just use one at a time. Kill an ultra, then use another.

Ok thanks. I'm going to use it only the scourge of winter then because it's the fastest and most effecient way.

They patched using them quickly, not Draksis. You need to space the kills out about 8 minutes apart

That's a myth. Unless I'm very mistaken, Bungie never said anything about a cool down timer. They only said it stops you from getting an engram by rapidly killing an ultra. I've used them closer together than that and still got exotic engrams.
