30 min ban on Iron Banner
I propose a 30 minute on those playing Iron Banner that:
1) leave a match prematurely
2) Get 4 kills or less dragging their entire team down.
That last one is controversial, however this is competitive PvP - don't play IB if your going to hinder your team.

It's p2p so it's not that competitive...

Some people dont excell every game.. I play iron banner and have a very good 1.5+ k/d in it and ive had people go 5-17 and such and it doesnt bother me. you play as a team if someone is doing bad help them, dont drag them down it happens!! Its just a game btw
