Every president gets to do only a fraction of what they intended of doing in office and doing something like building a wall (which wouldn't stop illegal immigration) throughout the entire border of the US and Mexico would have to be sent through numerous levels of Checks and Balances where it would inevitably get shot down. Even if it did get the green light, it would definitely take longer that 4 years to make and I doubt Trump could get a second term
