End game rewards can include any of the four items Saladin is selling, at a light level ranging between 280-310. Armor drops account-wide after one character reaches rank 2, and weapons at rank 3.
Rank 3 package is a 310 blue artifact (haven't heard any second rewards yet)
Rank 5 package is a 310 IB ghost shell and a *chance* at a second drop of any IB weapon or armor (class items not confirmed) at light level 310-320.
While not confirmed, a chest piece seems to be guaranteed from the first game after reaching rank 2, typically the winning game that pushes you into rank 2.

From my experience you always get a 2nd item from the tier 5 package. I got all 3 to rank 5 and got something every time in addition to the ghost. I got the hunter helmet too! It's really nice looking, it's equipped if anyone wants to see it.

Most people do, but an unlucky few (myself included) did not. I've only had time to play one character, though. If I have time after work tomorrow, I may try to push a second character to 5 quickly.

Dang that stinks man, did you go to orbit? Because I guess there is a glitch for some people that you don't get the 2nd reward until you go to orbit. I had to do that on all 3 of mine. You should be able to hit rank 5 fairly easily on the last day if you do the bounties. Once you hit rank 5 with one character, your others level up faster. I'm sure you knew that thought. Went to orbit, restarted Destiny, and checked postmaster (In that order). As for the second character, its just a question of time. I'll only have about 4 hours between getting home tomorrow night and the weekly reset.
